TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Brando Pizza Bistrot.

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of the service at Brando Pizza Bistrot.

By making a reservation through our online system, the customer declares that he or she has read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, fully accepting the following, in order to ensure a pleasant experience and efficient service for all guests.

This document was published on December 30, 2025.

1. Reservations

Reservations can only be made through our online booking system.
The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving automatic confirmation via email or message.

2. Arrival time

The table is guaranteed up to 15 minutes after the booked time.
In the event of a longer delay, without prior notice, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation to guarantee service to other guests.

3. Number of people

The number of seats indicated during the reservation must be respected.
Any changes must be communicated in advance; otherwise, additional seats cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellations and changes

Reservations can be changed or canceled free of charge within 24 hours of the scheduled time, using the link received in the confirmation.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings or, if applicable, a penalty.

5. No-show

Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a no-show.
This behavior compromises the organization of the service and the work of the staff; the restaurant therefore reserves the right not to accept further reservations from the same person.

6. Special Requests

Any requests (allergies, intolerances, special occasions, table preferences) can be indicated in the booking notes.
We will do our best to accommodate them, but they cannot be guaranteed.

7. Allergens

In compliance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, allergens present in dishes are indicated on the menu and/or available upon request from the dining room staff.
Customers are required to report any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking and in any case before ordering.
Despite taking all necessary precautions, the restaurant cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination, as preparation takes place in shared spaces and kitchens.
The restaurant declines all responsibility in the event of failure or late communication by the customer.

8. Tables and duration

During peak times, the table is reserved for a duration compatible with the service, generally around 90 minutes.
This allows us to offer the best possible experience to all guests.

9. Groups

For large group reservations (e.g. more than 6/8 people), the restaurant may request:

  • a menu agreed upon in advance

  • a confirmatory deposit

The specific conditions will be communicated directly to the customer.

10. Minors

Minors are welcome under the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
The restaurant is not responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from inadequately supervised behavior.

11. Animals

Access to animals is permitted exclusively in compliance with current regulations and at the discretion of the restaurant, compatible with the space and comfort of other guests.

12. Guest behavior

The restaurant reserves the right to interrupt service or ask guests to leave if they exhibit inappropriate, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, without providing any refund or compensation.

13. Damages

Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the premises' structures, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the person responsible.

14. Personal items

The restaurant is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left unattended on the premises.

15. Force majeure

In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, technical failures, or official orders), the restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without incurring any liability for compensation.

16. Processing of personal data (Privacy)

The personal data provided at the time of booking will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) exclusively for the purposes of managing the booking, as indicated in the privacy policy available on the restaurant's website.

17. Right to modify the conditions

The restaurant reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the official website www.brandopizzabistrot.it and will be effective immediately.
